the answer is just use your blog Atom/RSS feed as sitemap. It works.
use yourname.blogspot.com/rss.xml or
Blogger is Also Provide Rss but this is default Like that username.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default But Right URL is username.blogspot.com/rss.xml
in the same time to make sitemaps in your blog which is too old with too many post then, you will not be able to create its sitemap as it you can make sitemap for less then 500 pages. otherwise you can using online xml sitemap tool.
